Do you repair faulty showers?

Yes, we have a vast knowledge of different showers and can usually repair your shower quickly and confidently for you. However we will always look for the most cost effective way of getting the shower back in action, which sometimes may be to upgrade and replace the whole unit.

Do you install/ repair digital showers

Yes, digital showers are becoming more and more popular due to there stylish looks simple one touch, push button controls and LED displays that let you know when your digital shower has reached your chosen temperature. Digital shower controls can be situated virtually anywhere that is convenient to you.

Can you source and install a new shower unit?

Yes In most cases this is the common route. It avoids the customer purchasing an incorrect unit regarding size, power and fitting dimensions.

Can I source my own shower and arrange an appointment for it to be fitted?

Yes. Please make sure the thermostatic shower will fit correctly or in the case of an electric shower the correct kW shower is purchased.

Can you recommend a good shower brand?

Yes. Aqualisa and Bristan showers offer great performance and reliability with long effective warranties.

I contacted Richard to quote and do a power flush on a central heating system for my mother. Richard was extremely professional and methodical in his work, he took the time to prepare the system properly and executed the work with precision making sure every step was followed. Even the expansion tank in the loft was cleaned. Heating is now back on and all radiators glowing with heat. I can't recommend Richard highly enough and would have no hesitation in calling on him again for other plumbing services. Thank you, Richard.

A foghorn noise started coming from our kitchen tap when we flushed one of the toilets or ran one of the bathroom taps and it also started to run. I reached out to Royal Flush to see if they could fix the problem after seeing their excellent reviews on Checkatrade. I was pleased with how responsive Richard was and how he was willing to come out to assess the problem without a call out fee. Richard was punctual and identified the problem straight away. I valued his advice and honesty - we were willing to pay for new parts, but he encouraged us to check if the tap was still under warranty (it was). Happy customer! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

On Thursday I Called Royal Flush plumbing as our shower motor had burnt out. I hadn’t used them before, but was very happy when I told Richard some of the issues he agreed to come out the next day to take a look. He sent me through a quote really quickly, which I accepted. He then followed up with an email saying he could order the shower Monday and fit it by Wednesday. He was true to his word, turned up on time, within few hours it was all completed. He was very thorough and respectful of our property. His communication has been excellent, and I would certainly have no hesitation to ring him again. Can highly recommended.

Replaced radiator in room with new carpet. I called on Saturday and he was round the next day and sorted it all out in only a few hours. We had a new carpet installed the day before and he left the place spotless. Nice bloke, actually ended up costing a little less than the quote! Very good, highly recommended.
